Terms of service
Last updated: 23 September 2026
1. About us and these terms
This website is operated by Glowing Gallery LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Glowing Gallery LLC. Contact us at support@glowing-gallery.com.
These Terms of Service apply to purchases from www.glowing-gallery.com and use of our website. Please read them together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the commerce platform. Your purchase contract is with Glowing Gallery LLC.
2. Using our store
You must have the legal capacity to place an order, or act with any authorization required by applicable law. Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details and tell us promptly if they need correcting.
You must not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement of other people's rights, distribution of malicious software or interference with the security or operation of our services. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address such misuse. This does not remove rights relating to existing orders.
3. Products and descriptions
The product page identifies the artwork, available options and relevant specifications. Please check the selected size, design and personalization details before ordering. The appearance of colors and lighting can vary with screen settings and room conditions, but this does not excuse a product that fails to match its description or agreed specifications.
Changes to product descriptions or prices apply to future purchases and do not automatically change an existing contract.
4. Orders and payment
Before submitting an order, you can review the items, delivery details and total payable at checkout. Submitting the order confirms your intention to purchase the selected items and pay the displayed total. We will communicate your order details and status by email.
If there is an availability problem, a payment issue or a material error affecting your order, we will contact you. We will not charge an increased price or substitute a materially different product without your agreement. If an order cannot be fulfilled and is cancelled, payments for the unfulfilled items will be refunded, subject to your further statutory rights.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. A payment or financing provider may apply its own terms, which will be presented by that provider.
5. Prices, taxes and delivery
The currency, total price and any delivery charges are shown before you complete checkout. Applicable taxes are displayed in accordance with the requirements for your purchase. Any import charges payable by you must be disclosed where required by law. We will not add optional charges without your agreement.
Delivery and production information is provided on the product page, at checkout or in our order communications. For custom artwork, production follows design approval. We will notify you of material delays. Delivery estimates do not remove statutory remedies for late or failed delivery.
For EU consumer purchases, the risk of loss or damage normally remains with us until you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, physically receives the goods. Any statutory exception for a carrier independently commissioned by you remains applicable.
6. Custom artwork and design approval
For custom orders, you provide the photo and instructions used to prepare your design. By placing a custom order and supplying those materials, you request that we prepare design drafts. Design work takes place before physical production.
We will work with you on revisions so that you can approve the design. Physical production will not begin until you approve the design. Please review the preview carefully, including names, spelling and requested details. Approval does not waive rights concerning defects or differences between the approved design and the supplied artwork.
Only upload materials you are entitled to use and provide to us. You grant us and the service providers involved in your order permission to use and adapt those materials as needed to prepare, revise and produce your artwork. This permission does not transfer ownership of your original materials or, by itself, authorize their use in our advertising. Processing of personal data, including sharing with designers, possible AI-assisted tools and production providers, is explained in our Privacy Policy.
7. Returns, cancellation and goodwill requests
Our Refund Policy explains the voluntary 30-day return policy, its conditions and exceptions, and statutory withdrawal rights. You may send cancellation requests to support@glowing-gallery.com or use the Cancel Contract form. Use of that form is not mandatory to exercise a statutory right of withdrawal.
Where the statutory exception applies, goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal. This exception does not affect remedies for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
We may accept cancellation of a custom order as a gesture of goodwill, at our discretion. If accepted before design work begins, we issue a full refund. If design work has already begun, EUR 15 per cancelled custom order is deducted to cover that work. We will confirm acceptance, the deduction and the refund amount by email. The remainder is refunded to the original payment method. This deduction does not apply to a refund you are legally entitled to receive without it.
8. Faulty goods and consumer guarantees
Products must meet the contractual description and applicable legal requirements. For EU consumers, goods are covered by a statutory legal guarantee of at least two years, and national law may provide additional protection. Depending on the circumstances, statutory remedies include repair or replacement without charge, a price reduction or termination and a refund.
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact support@glowing-gallery.com with your order details and, where practical, photos of the issue. Prompt notification helps us resolve the problem but does not replace statutory time limits. Custom-product and sale-item exclusions in a voluntary returns policy do not remove your legal guarantee rights.
9. Website content and third-party services
Content on this website is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except where permitted by law or the relevant rights holder, you may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission.
Third-party links and optional services may have separate terms and privacy notices. We remain responsible for our own contractual and legal obligations; the use of a third-party platform or provider does not remove them.
Reviews and other content you submit must be truthful and must not unlawfully disclose personal information or infringe others' rights. Where you submit a review for publication, you permit us to display it for that purpose. We may remove unlawful or abusive content.
10. Personal data
Our Privacy Policy explains how we and our providers process personal data and how to exercise privacy rights. Shopify hosts our store and processes customer information to provide its services. Where Shopify Enhanced Services are enabled, these may include customized experiences, relevant advertising and insights, subject to applicable privacy requirements and choices. See Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy and Privacy Controls.
11. Liability
Our liability is governed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory product liability, fraud, intentional misconduct, or liability for death or personal injury where applicable. These terms do not exclude statutory guarantees or remedies for failure to fulfil our contractual obligations.
12. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by German law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections under the law of your habitual residence where those protections apply. It does not restrict any right to bring proceedings before the courts available to you under applicable consumer law.
Please contact us at support@glowing-gallery.com about complaints so that we can seek a resolution. Contacting us first is not a condition for exercising statutory remedies.
13. Changes and remaining provisions
We may update these terms for future orders. The version applicable when you placed an order continues to govern that order unless a lawful change is agreed with you. Posting revised terms does not retrospectively change an existing purchase.
If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Individually agreed terms and mandatory consumer protections take precedence over conflicting standard wording.
