How long does delivery take?
Every piece is made to order. Production takes 3–4 business days, shipping usually 3–7 business days — free, worldwide, with a tracking link the moment it ships.
How does the custom process work?
Order your custom piece and upload your photo. Within 24 hours you'll receive a design preview by email. Request as many revisions as you like — we only start production once you approve.
What if I want to return my order?
You can return your order within 14 days of arrival in its original condition — just email support@glowing-gallery.com and we'll guide you through it. Custom pieces are made personally for you, so they can't be returned once you've approved your preview — that's why we perfect the design together first.
